Volunteer with Samartian’s Purse
We are going to take a mini-bus of our members to serve with Samaritan’s Purse in Buncombe County this Thursday from 5:30 AM-6:00 PM and Mitchell/Yancey County this Saturday from 5:30 AM-6:00 PM.
To volunteer with us:
Step 1:
Select which day of the week you can serve. Click the button to create an account with Samaritan’s Purse and complete the required volunteer forms.
Step 2.
Reserve your seat on the First North mini bus. We have room for 14 people on each trip, on a first-come, first-served basis.
EACH PERSON WILL NEED TO INDIVIDUALLY COMPLETE THESE STEPS.
Details:
- MEET— at the church office at 5:15am.
- BRING— a bagged lunch, water, hand sanitizer, and work gloves.
- WEAR— long pants and sturdy boots. Tools will be provided, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own small tool belt and hand tools.
