Dr. Pettit is the former president of Bob Jones University. Currently, he travels the country as an evangelist, sharing the gospel alongside his bluegrass band. In addition to his evangelistic work, he serves as the president of the Palmetto Family Council, promoting conservative values in South Carolina.
