Frequently Asked Questions

The Passion Experience is completely free!

Yes, we encourage children to participate, as well. We have a separate guide book designed specifically for elementary aged kids. Younger children will most likely need more guidance from you, as a parent.

The Passion Experience will be open:

  • Wednesday, April 13 from 5pm-8pm
  • Thursday, April 14 from 5pm-8pm (The last tour will be admitted at 7:45pm)
  • Friday, April 15 from 11am-8pm (The last tour will be admitted at 7:45pm)
  • Saturday, April 16 from 11am-2pm (The last tour will be admitted at 1:45pm)

Since it is entirely self-paced, you can arrive any time during these hours.

That is up to you. The Passion Experience is a self-paced, self-guided tour. You are encouraged to take as long as you like at each station.

The Passion Experience is unlike anything we have done before. It is not a drama or performance. It is a self-guided tour through the “Stations of the Cross.”

These are eight exhibits, each representing an aspect of Jesus’ final week leading up to his crucifixion. You will be given a guide book which will describe the items at each station, explain their significance and encourage you to reflect on their meaning. The exhibits are designed to be interactive and you are encouraged not only to observe the items but to touch them, hold them, smell them and experience them for yourself.
